Which types of documents shall be presented during check-in?
Each passenger must present an ID card or an identification document issued by a governmental entity (for a foreign passenger, a Passport), a paper ticket and proof of payment. Those booking online by credit card, must check-in with the PNR CODE and present the credit card with the airline staff at the check-in counter. In cases where the passenger cannot show such documents, Orient Thai Airlines may refuse the check-in.
When does the passenger check-in open and close?
The check-in counter opens 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. The passenger can check-in at any counter with the logo of Orient Thai Airlines.
